Koh Bu Bu, the Totally Private Island |
Location: Toward the east of Koh Lanta Yai, Moo 4, Ban Koh Por, Tambon Koh Lanta, Amphoe Koh Lanta, Krabi.
Koh Bu Bu is a private island with peaceful atmosphere. There are beaches around the island, but the most beautiful one is in the west. This beach is the location of Bu Bu Island Resort, from which you can see some beautiful scenery of Koh Po and Koh Lanta of Krabi.
The sandy beach here is white and has gentle slope, so it is very suitable for a swim. The east of the island has nothing in particular, but it is a fascinating sunrise beauty spot and from here you can even see Khao Pak Meng in Trang province. The north of the island is a small bay where Koh Nui, Koh Talabeng, Koh Kam and Ban Lo Yai could be seen.
Apart from the beach, there is a pathway about 800 meters long around the island. So travelers could very well walk to other beaches to see the view or relax amidst the serene settings.
The beach in the front of Koh Bu Bu stretches far almost around the island. It has white and fine grains of sand, very nice for sunbathing and swimming.The beach in the east of Koh Bu Bu and the scenery of the nearby Koh Nui and Koh Kam. The western beach where Bu Bu Island Resort is located is a great sunset view spot with Koh Lanta Yai in the front. |
